特點/Characteristics：

1、主鉗背鉗均為四行星爪卡緊機構，卡緊適應范圍內任意管徑不更換零件。

Head tong and back tong are all planetary paw clamping machine, each one owning four. There is no need to change parts when the pipe diameter is in the corresponding clamping range.

2、傳動齒輪為閉式傳動，并能保持良好潤滑，不受鉆井液侵蝕。

The drive gear, an enclosed system can keep itself good lubrication from drilling fluids.

3、上卸扣切換為液動控制，可實現遠程操控。

We can make remote operation and hydraulic control concerning the switch of makeup and breakout.

4、牙板轉動空間，設置有排污孔，能適應直井、斜井管柱上卸扣作業中的排污。

There are sewage holes drilled in the rotatory space of die plates which are available for the vertical well and inclined well over the makeup and breakout of pipe.

• 5、單油缸升降，使上卸扣卡緊位置可調、緊湊；氣缸進退，使伸縮有彈性，減少偏差。

Rise and fall of single oil cylinder can make the clamping position adjustable and compact while forward and withdraw of air cylinder can make the tong stretch with elasticity, eliminating deviation.
